Questions Programs Ask
Who handles customer service?
Our customer-service team handles order questions, production issues, tracking requests, shipping support and eligible replacement requests. Coaches and team administrators do not manage customer orders.
Do we need to purchase inventory?
No. Products are produced according to the applicable store and product terms. Your team does not need to purchase or store merchandise inventory.
Who collects payments?
We process customer payments directly through the online store. Your team does not collect checks, credit-card information or individual order payments.
Who handles sales tax?
We calculate, collect and remit applicable sales tax associated with customer store transactions. Teams remain responsible for any income-tax or reporting obligations associated with the payouts they receive.
How is our revenue share calculated?
Your percentage is calculated from Commissionable Merchandise Sales. This means eligible product revenue after discounts, refunds and chargebacks, excluding sales tax and shipping.
Are production expenses deducted from our percentage?
Production, fulfillment and standard customer-service expenses are not deducted when calculating the stated percentage of Commissionable Merchandise Sales.
Are all products eligible for the same percentage?
Standard approved merchandise is eligible for the listed percentage. Uniform packages, bulk orders, custom products and certain low-margin premium brands may have separate pricing or commission terms.
When do teams receive payouts?
Eligible balances are paid monthly after applicable refund and chargeback periods. A minimum payout balance may apply.
Can one program operate stores for multiple teams?
Yes. Growth supports up to three team or roster collections. Club Pro is designed for organizations operating multiple teams and age groups.
Will the store carry our team's branding?
Yes. The storefront features your team's logo, colors and merchandise with a small “Powered by Hoop Verified” designation.
