Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registrations and purchases for T3TV events are non-refundable.

If an athlete is unable to attend or chooses to cancel their registration, no cash, card, or original-payment-method refund will be issued. Instead, the amount paid will be credited to the athlete's T3TV account and may be applied toward any future T3TV event.

The credit will be equal to the actual amount paid for the registration or purchase. For example, if the regular registration price is $375 but the athlete purchased registration at a discounted price of $225, the credit issued will be $225.

Once a cancellation is submitted and the credit is applied to the athlete's account, the credit must be used within one (1) year from the date of cancellation. Any unused credit remaining after that one-year period will expire.

Event credits are not redeemable for cash.
