Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to registration fees for T3TV Sports camps, tournaments, and showcases. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. How refunds work
The earlier you cancel before an event, the more of your registration fee is eligible for a refund. Cancellations made well in advance of the event may be eligible for a substantial refund, less a processing fee. Cancellations made close to the event are eligible for a reduced refund or no refund, at our discretion. No refund is given once the event has begun.
Every request is reviewed individually. We will tell you in writing what refund, if any, applies to your situation.
3. How to cancel
Cancel from your account area, or email support@t3tvsports.com from the address on the account. Your cancellation is effective when we receive it, not when you decide.
We will confirm in writing and tell you the refund amount, if any.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a standard processing window. Your bank may take additional time to post it to your account.
Processing fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable and are deducted from any refund.
5. Transfers instead of refunds
To another event.
You may request to transfer a registration to another T3TV event in the same calendar year, subject to availability and requested with reasonable advance notice of the original event. A transfer fee may apply. Price differences are payable or refundable as applicable.
To another athlete.
A registration may be transferred to a sibling or another athlete, subject to eligibility and requested with reasonable advance notice. The new athlete's parent must complete their own registration documents. A transfer fee may apply.
Transfers are not available close to the event.
6. If we cancel or change the event
We cancel entirely.
Full refund, including fees, or a credit toward a future event at your choice.
We postpone.
Your registration moves to the new date automatically. If the new date does not work for you, you may request a full refund within a reasonable window after we announce the change.
We change the venue or city significantly.
If the new venue is a significant distance from the original, you may request a full refund within a reasonable window after we announce the change.
We change dates, format, divisions, or schedule.
Refunds at our discretion, considered in good faith.
Weather, facility failure, or events outside our control.
Where an event is cancelled before it begins, we will offer a credit or a partial refund reflecting costs already incurred. Where an event is cut short after it begins, refunds are at our discretion and will usually be pro-rated or offered as credit.
7. No refund situations
No refund is given where:

The athlete does not attend, for any reason including illness or injury

The athlete arrives late or leaves early

The athlete is removed for a conduct breach under the Code of Conduct

A parent or guest is removed for a conduct breach and the athlete leaves as a result

The registration is cancelled because information provided was inaccurate, including eligibility information

The athlete is medically unable to participate and this is discovered at or after check-in
Injury or illness.
We understand this is frustrating. Where an athlete cannot attend for a documented medical reason, we will consider a credit toward a future event on request, with a note from a healthcare provider, submitted within a reasonable time after the event. This is discretionary, not a right.
8. Waitlist
No charge is taken for a waitlist place. If a place opens, you will have a short window to accept and pay before it passes to the next family.
9. Add-ons and merchandise
Merchandise, bag inserts, and add-on purchases are non-refundable once produced or shipped. Merchandise sold through our store is governed by that store's own returns policy.
10. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may cancel the registration and exclude the athlete from future events pending resolution. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly.
11. Sponsorship
Sponsorship agreements are governed by their own contracts, not this policy. Deposits paid under a sponsorship agreement are non-refundable unless that agreement says otherwise.
